Please help-confused about mail merge

Hi,

I currently use the free version of Zoho Mail. Now I want to send out bulk emails to a lot of different people at once so I want to know how I can use the mail merge feature instead of manually typing in each email address. The directions online are confusing about the need to have Zoho writer. Do I have to pay for this? I currently have not made any payments to Zoho and I only use Zoho mail currently for my business.

So how can I get mail merge set up? I don't mind paying for it but just need to know ASAP.
