I need to cancel my CRM account in order to use another Zoho CRM which we have set up in parallel.

To accept this invitation you need to,
Delete ZZZZ CRM account. You can refer this

Unfortunately the instructions in the help document is pointing to a button that doesn't exist in my settings.
Please give updated instructions on how the account can be cancelled or help me to cancel the CRM account.
