We have an employee who is very valuable to our company in terms of his technical knowledge. However, his spelling, grammar and and styling in written communications is atrocious; so, anything sent out via email looks very unprofessional. It's gotten to the point where we have lost leads and potential sales because of this.
Would there be a way to re-rout his emails to our administrator (so that they can be checked and edited) before being sent to the intended recipient?
Any advice on how to accomplish this, if possible, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
