Please help: recover accidentally deleted trash

Hi, I've accidentaly removed all sent mail in this morning thinking I've had a backup on my PC, I need to recover them back, I've emptied the trash, can you help me recovering all mail lost? It's really important 'cos I have all mail sent for my own Company.
