I am a professional user and getting very frustrated. 

I have created a web-to-lead form.

When a potential customers completed the web-to-lead form, I would like an auto-responder sent to them and a task created for one of our agents to contact them in 4 days.

I have tried doing this using the work flow triggers and alerts but I cannot send the template email which I have created to the lead - It keeps sending it to the agent instead? Please help!!
