Please help with a blocked e-mail address

Hello!
My outgoing email has been blocked because I tried sending an email to all my contacts about my new email address. I am not a spam account. I just want everyone to know my new email address.
I understand now that I cannot send more then 25 e-mails per minute .

Please help and unblock the address prodaja@fibex.ba.
