I've been reaching out consistently to Zoho Support since last Thursday (5 days ago) and have not received any responses or assistance, and am in a situation where I have not been getting any incoming mail for my business for a full week now due to this lack of response.
Can someone please assist me with this issue?
I am changing domain servers for my Zoho Mail account, and need my account's CNAME and Hostname in order to direct Zoho Mail to my new server. I've been following step by step Zoho instructions on how to attain the CNAME and Hostname, but b/c my domain account had already been "verified" by Zoho Mail for the original domain server, it will not verify it again to showcase the CNAME and Hostname. I need both of these in order to point it to the right server and get linked to my incoming emails again.
