Please help with customizing zoho

Hello I have a few questions that I would greatly appreciate any help with, apologies for the long message in advance and if what i ask seems dumb, but I am a newbie to Zoho and API etc so I need to get my head around things!

Basically what I need from zoho is to use it as a lead management platform between myself and my clients.

I capture leads via web forms and I would like to use Zoho as the base for that. I currently use FLG 360 which has served me well but it has its limitations and is costing me too much money now.

The main things I would like a little help with are;

  • Capture leads from web forms/Ninja forms etc.
  • Setup email notifications when a web form is submitted.
  • Categorise leads - I generate leads for around 40 products so would like an automated categorization upon lead entry if possible.
  • I want to manually approve all leads before they are sent to my clients
  • Upon approving a lead I want the full lead details sending to my clients via API, and they will also receive an automated email notification.
Basically, The system goes like this.. a potential customer fills in a web form > I receive an email notification telling me there is a new lead waiting for approval > I review the lead for quality purposes and press approve > API and email notifications are triggered sending the approved lead to my clients system via api and they get an email letting them know. 

That is pretty much all I need out of Zoho and I'm sure its easy to do, so if anybody can point me in the right direction, mainly for the outbound API when i approve a lead - that would be greatly appreciated!

So far I have managed to create a test web form and have submitted a test lead which is waiting for approval so im "half way" there!
