Please help with upload tool (csv and database)

We are evaluating Zoho Reports for use in our company. The functionality seems very promising

However we experience problems with uploading from either an Access-database or csv-files. Almost 2 weeks back we have sent a support-question to you - maybe there was a system error because also my forum post from the same day seems to be lost.

We do not manage to upload from a database - we get errors where we are asked to send in the log for support.

With csv there is an import but the data is incorrect. I think it is because there is a problem with number and date formatting.

In our csv we have comma as a decimal and dates in d-m-yyyy format. I have modified the common_parameters.conf. It does not seem to be used.

Please advise on steps to take.
