Please please either unblock me or tell me why you won't unblock me

I have been blocked for several days now after my account was spambotted.  I've used the support email (via another email address) and you've given me an interim response.  I've posted on the forum in several places and you've asked me to enable TFA - which I have - when you weren't ignoring me.  What else do I need to  do before I can get my email address back please?  

And before you remind me that I'm on a free account (which I am), I pay for other Zoho services so consider myself a paying customer.  Thanks  carmel dot mason at zoho dot com
