Please redesign spam list behaviors!
Hi guys, have loved your services for years and really appreciate them.
However, I must object to some of the changes in the anti-spam section's behavior.
First, I was pleased when I saw the anti-spam section had changed to a popup over the mail function, allowing us to simply close it when we were done with it and return to mail. Now it's back to the old behavior that gives us no way to return to the mail screen unless we reload. Who thought that was a good idea? There's not even a button or menu item to click to go back to Mail.
Second, could you please give us different ways to order the blacklists? Before, blacklisted email addresses went automatically to the end of the list, which was very inconvenient because we had to click through so many screens to check what we had just added. Still, at least we could find them.
But now, it looks like they're alphabetical. This is not helpful at all. I don't open spam, so I don't know the address I've blocked until I look at the blacklist. And sometimes we have to remove the address because it spoofs an important one we don't want to block.You can see that having an alpha ordered list is completely unproductive for finding which address we just blocked.
Could you give us the option to (1) order the addresses by date added and (2) list latest FIRST to earliest last?
