I sent an email to support on Aug 30,  support responded by asking that I forward a copy of the logs and a screen shot of the error message. I sent the requested information but have not received a response. Nothing! Please respond to my email request. eluna@GlobalFoodSolutions.co

Here is the contents of the email I sent to support... 

I'm attempting to migrate my Exchange email accounts to ZOHO, I'm using the Exchange migration utility.  I get all the way to the end but on the last step I get an error saying it can't get the mailbox.  I'm the Exchange administrator, I launched the migration utility as administrator, I have full access rights to all the Exchange mailboxes but still I get the error.  Please help
