I think it would be very helpful for many Zoho CRM administrators and general users if Zoho would publish and regularly update a list of new features and/or Bug Fixes.

One of the most frustrating things for me as I regularly read the forums is the generic response from Zoho that "our development team is looking at adding this into future updates". There is never a timeline and never any real hint as to when the feature or bug fixes might be available. If Zoho would share some of their plans with us it might actually cut down on the number of repetitive posts and it also might give your users a chance to give Zoho some input on prioritizing the features and patches.

I would like to see something along the lines of the following:
