Dear Zoho,

It boggles my mind that these features are not implemented yet, while we've been asking for them for so long. So here goes nothing, once more:

- Let us create actions based on email activity, such as opens, clicks, responses, etc!

- Show the email opens from within the leads overview right away, instead of having us hover over the specific email

- Let us set a standard font for the emails we sent out through the CRM ourselves

- Let us set up conditions for automatic actions in Workflows and Autoresponders (if a lead has already emailed back, I don't want him to be emailed again automatically!)

- For the love of God, let us please have the option to go back in the Blueprint when we clicked a wrong button, or let us give at least the admin permission to do so

Besides that, just update your automation and figure out where you want to head with this already. I now have multiple Workflow Rules, Autoresponders and a Blueprint, to automate a very simple sales process. This is bizarre. 

Before you leave a reply with, 'We have this on our roadmap': some of these things have been on your 'roadmap' for the better part of a decade now. Give us an ETA or just say that you don't want to provide these features.
