"Please try again after sometime"

Hi!

I'm trying to edit a custom function in CRM, but when I click on the link, it says, "You cannot access this URL now because you have already accessed it more than the number of times allowed within a given span of time. Please try again after sometime". There's a screenshot attached to this post.

How long is "sometime"? How many times per minute/hour/day am I allowed to edit a custom function? How soon can I edit this custom function, as my boss is expecting me to?
