"Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the  IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message"

Hello, users in our company have received the following error message when sending emails to one another (all email addresses from the same domain -  @systembrand.com:

INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the 
IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message.  sender-of-o53.zoho.com  
[ 135.84.80.218 ]:21826 is not permitted to relay through this server without 
authentication.

This only affects our company emails, we can send and receive emails just fine from other addresses (gmail, yahoo, etc.). 

We've been using Zoho for over a year, and have never encountered this problem. Any help or clarification would be appreciated. Thank you.
