Original text of message not delivered attached in txt file.

Account in cpanel shows as: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only I am on the free plan.

When I try to send a message I get this error: Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

Please help asap! Thank very much!
