Please unblock my email account

Hi,

My email account (ugo@therestartproject.org) was blocked because of reaching my 5Gb quota. I have since deleted lots of emails, and I can see on control panel that I'm now using 72% of my allowed space, but I still can't unblock the account. When I try from control panel I get the following message: "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only", which must be a mistake/bug. Please unblock the account as soon as possible. Thanks
