Please unblock my Zoho mail and advise how to prevent this from happening again

Please unblock my account so I can communicate with my students.
Thank you. Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

I'd like advice on how to prevent this again as I don't want to have to ask you to unblock EVERY time someone's email bounces back as I have no control over how their email treats mine.
