Please unlock my account

My mail admin@goldmans.us is blocked, I got this notice: Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit. How to unlock my mail? I upgrade to standard 15GB edition, but the mail still is blocked. Please help me how to unblock it. Thank you very much.
