I'm having a number of problems with Zoho, but what I want to know most

IS THERE A WAY TO KEEP -ONE NAME- THAT WILL STAY CONSISTANT FOR EACH PERSON AS I CONVERT THEM FROM LEAD TO POTENTIAL TO ACCOUNT?

 

And I'm losing client information when I transfer a Lead into a Potential or Account. How can I keep all the same information when converting??? It doesn't seem to make sense that I would have to re-enter addresses, etc when a client progresses through the system

 

Please help! ANY advise, tricks, or tips you have or solutions to problems you have encountered with Zoho CRM will be greattly appreciated!!!
