First : 

I have installed The Zoho CRM plugin for outlook (Office 365 ProPlus), and I have a problem when I Open Outlook, the Plugin does not word, I must check all time  the "Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook - Addin"

What can I do for this one ?

Second :

I have installed the plugin on another computer and the plugin does not appear in the plugin list and when I want to repair it, it say that there a file .msi whitch is not found on the computer, and I cannot do anything more to make it appear.

What can I do for this second problem ?
