May I know why??

It has been 6 days since my entire account was blocked and we are aghast by the negligence that Zoho mail has shown to their user. 

I can't send mails using any email id of the account, but I can still receive mails. 

Kindly fix the problem at the earliest, or at least reply to complaints!
