PO generation is broken

I've entered vendors and associated products, yet when I try to enter a PO, Zoho fails to populate either the vendor list or the product list if I try to create a PO starting with either a vendor or a group of products that I have associated with a vendor. It's been nearly 24 hours since the information was input, so there has been plenty of time for databases to sync, update or reindex. What's the deal with such a basic business function being broken?? My 14 day trial will NOT convert unless there is a fix and a satisfactory explanation.
