poblem importing accounts - column subjects not showing up when mapping

poblem importing accounts - column subjects not showing up when mapping

i have created a master account list and added customer fields in both the CRM and on my excel spreadsheet.

when i upload the spreadsheet and go to map the columns and fields not all the column subjects show up.  actually most of them don't except the standard ones that are in the CRM.
