CRM has an extremely poor contact management system. Why cant Zoho get this one basic feature right?

Why do we have to have multiple databases for contacts throughout all of your apps its very frustrating and annoying.

Freshsales have the ability to auto populate contact details with social profiles etc, and remove duplicates automatically.

Even full contact integration would be a bonus.

I am extremely frustrated with multiple contacts in Zoho Desk, Books and CRM. You have the app Zoho Contacts why isnt this the default master for all your applications to use?

Please sort this out, I am becoming a highly frustrated customer who is seriously considering leaving.
