poor customer service

poor customer service

Hi, i have just started an enterprise account with supposed 24/7 support, yet i have emailed three time in the last three days and used the so called 'live chat' which has i have not actually seen live and left three messages about the same issue - i have had no reply on any of the media - not exactly what i wouod call customer service.
i know this probably isnt the right place to contact, but ive tried all other options with no success!!!
