Poor Response to Forum's Zoho CRM Topics by Staff!

Do you (paying customers) share with me this concern?

Why is there is a forum for Zoho CRM if no one among the Zoho Staff is looking at the issues (we the paying customers) report?

I have reported several bugs, (some security and data integrity related) but no one seems to be home!
