Poor Service by Zoho Support - 3 days and still no response - Outgoing disabled

Hello?

Its been 3 days since we sent an email and nearly a day since we posted in the forum.
If Zoho is unwilling to help please explain so we can find an alternative provider.

Ignoring customers and making it difficult to do business is not practice.

We have done nothing wrong but your system is penalizing us .
Your system will not let us unblock and doesnt even give a reason as to why it was blocked in the first place.


Please advise.
