Poor Support

I'm extremely surprised and disappointed in Zoho's support for a critical incident reported last Friday morning - a form's data not able to be fetched. I understand that no support is provided on weekends, but here it is late Monday night and the only contact I received was this morning asking me to share the app with support (which I did right away). I have no desire to be put at the head of the line, but being unable to access my data for so long is unacceptable.
