I have created an account with zoho mail using affiliates@domainname.com

then i added a second email in my master account luca@domaniname.com, then i make principal the secon one

now i cannot delete the first one, i cannot in any way confiugre pop access for the second email, and when i try to access to the account ever when i log in as luca it results i am logged to affiliates.

Any ideas to solve this issue? is there a number to call?
