I added a POP3 mail account (aol) through Settings > Mail Accounts and it keeps importing old emails as new/unread. I don't want to import any old emails at all, is there a way to disable this so it only listens for new incoming emails? 

I tried settings up " Enable for Messages that arrive from" option under Settings >  Email Forwarding and IMAP/POP, but it doesn't so anything. 

How can I get it to stop importing old emails and just listen for new incoming emails or do I have to wait for it to finish syncing and delete everything?
