Pop and Web works fine. But ImAp fails

Zoho Team,

IMAP is not able to connect. My email client says 'Server Rejected Login'. I am using the username next to logout (without @zoho.com) as outlined in https://zohomail.wiki.zoho.com/IMAP-Access-1.html

My intent of going IMAP is that 'Sent Items' is  not visible in POP
