Since earlier today we are no longer able to retrieve our POP e-mail from 2 accounts. We get the following error:
| Authentication Failure: Kindly change the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetch |
We have checked our settings and re-entered them several times and also confirmed that the POP server is working. Other e-mail clients do not have a problem retrieving mail.
Also, when accessing ZoHo from my laptop, I get a newly updated e-mail interface. My desktop still has the old interface. I have tried to log out & then back in with no effect.
