I just setup a couple of email accounts to start using Soho Mail. I was able to setup everything correctly under my new domain inza.co.cr, but when I tried to to configure Outlook using the configuration manual I am getting a connection encryption error. 

      "Your server does not support the connection encryption type you specified. Try changing the encryption method"

I already tried using SSL but it does not work. Same thing happens with the SMTP.

Is there another configuration that I need to look?
