POP email setup with Outlook.com not connecting

I have had my outlook.com account connected to zoho for the past year with no problem. Since May 12th, I can no longer receive mail from outlook.com (only noticed today as I have not been receiving mail and checked directly on my zoho mail account).

I tried reconnecting through Outlook and changing the password through zoho but I can't get the POP connection working again. POP (and IMAP) are enabled in my settings.
