POP mail downloading all folders

POP mail downloading all folders

When I POP to my Zoho account, all emails in all folders, including sent items are downloading. (not deleted or spam folders). I talked with a service tech and he confirmed that only the inbox should be downloading. I'm seeing this same issue with Outlook on my PC and my smart phone. I've confirmed that the settings are set to POP, not IMAP. IMAP is working correctly. I've been using POP for over 15 years with several email systems and I've never seen this problem. Is this a Zoho issue or a settings issue on my side? I really like everything about Zoho, but downloading all folders on POP is a show stopper. Please help!
