POP mail on paid plan

Hello,

I have being using my Zoho email for a little while now and I have setup my POP mail to send emails to my other account. Recently, I just received an email stating that my emails will no longer be forwarded. I went to control panel and I no longer see the POP settings page section? What's going on here? I didn't pay for something that was featured and later removed.

This is the message I got:
"This account ************* has been configured in Zoho Mail for fetching mail via POP. A Mail Fetch failure error occured for this account. This could be due to Authentication Failure for this account. Hence auto-fetch for this account has been disabled. Kindly change the Mail Settings in Zoho POP Settings page and re-enable auto fetch. Thanks."

My POP settings has worked for over 6 months without any issues. I hope Zoho team can resolve this and SPF verification issue which just recently popped up also. Could this because of some maintenance issue?
