POP Mail with Custom Domains

Hello, first time posting.

I was trying to set up POP and SMTP settings for my Mail Application on my mac and I followed your instructions for the setup, but it keeps saying that it could not connect to pop.zoho.com. We use a custom domain that we registered with you and not a @zoho.com address.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.
