POP not working - UPDATE: might be fixed now

For a long time I've been using Gmail to bring email from an account at Zoho using POP. Lately that isn't working. I've double checked the information I've entered into Gmail and now I'm getting an error telling me:

"There was a problem connecting to pop.zoho.com
Server returned error: "Connection timed out: There may be a problem with the settings you added. Please contact your other email provider to verify the correct server name and port."

All of the settings are correct. Username, password, pop server, port and SSL.

I'm at a loss here.

Additionally, any test emails sent to the email address hosted at Zoho doesn't show up. Also, test emails sent from my zoho hosted email address don't work either.
