POP Not Working-May have to Return to Gmail Domain eMail
I really wanted to break free from Google but I now do not think it possible. I have a CompTIA A+ certification as well as I am DCSE Certified and have a few other scraps of paper that mean something to someone and I have never been this offset by confusion.
Issues I have had since coming here that can't be resolved.
1) I added my wife to the account and her email did not work. Sent in screenshots and the reply was "we can't replicate the issue" But nevertheless the issue was there.
2) I am trying to POP my email to Thunderbird and found the most confusing instructions. Take a look at what is on this site.\https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/pop-and-smtp-failing-in-thunderbird

Two different instructions for using Thunderbird. I have tried every set of instructions, but wait it gets even more confusing.
I HAVE enabled POP setting in my Zoho account. and I have tried every possible setting in Thunderbird. In "test server settings" it can pull the settings, but I get Authentication failed EVERYTIME. I have allowed Thunderbird access through my Firewall.
My suggestion here, put the instructions all in a single area and test the instructions and make sure that everyone there knows what the instructions truly are, because posting in several places conflicting instructions is very confusing.
