Pop up Ads and Sound notifications

Is there a way to disable pop up adds when going into Sales IQ to grab a chat? Some of our agents are having issues, also how to turn off the sounds when the ad shows? We are missing grabbing the chat because of not being able to click the X to exit out of it.
