i need to associate products with accounts, but when i [add products] from an account, i only get the product name, product code, etc. i need to select a product by means of another field - e.g. serial number. how can i change the fields displayed in the [add products to account] pop-up?
alternately, i tried to associate an account with a product, but on the product detail page i can only [create account]. i can find no way to associate the product with an existing account.
are these things just too obvious or am i misunderstanding the whole paradigm?
