Pop-up linked to a product.

I'd like to be able to create a pop-up or series of pop-ups that link to a product. So that when a product is added to an account then for example, three months later a pop-up will remind account manager to contact the account.

Our products require periodical check-ins with accounts so I need to be able to do this. Is there a way?
