Pop up reminders on Closed or Completed Tasks

Hi there,

As part of our processes we like to follow up on a closed task, to ensure someone has receipt of something we've sent. I have noticed that Pop-Up Reminders do not work on Tasks that have been 'Completed' or 'Closed'. Can you confirm this is the case? Is it possible for a reminder to be set on a 'Closed' Task?
