POP3 Access, Mailbox Locked

I just can't get POP3 to work on this mailbox. I've disabled pop3 access on all other mailboxes and I still get "Mailbox Locked" when trying to get this account to work.

The mailbox in question is daniellaruth@laughlovelive4him.org.
