pop3 does not fetch messages

pop3 does not fetch messages

I have just today subscribed to zoho email set up two domains to use with it.

I have enabled Pop3 and SMTP to use with outlook.  I have configured the outlook account for SMTP and Pop3 as directed in the Outlook Pop access FAQ.  When I use the test button in the Outlook account configuration it works with no errors.

I can send messages via SMTP but pop3 does not fetch any of the messages in my zoho inbox that I can verify are there through web mail.

I don't see anything in the troubleshooting logs under  control pannel/Mail Adminnistration/troubleshooting  or any way to have it log Pop3 requests.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
