POP3 not downloading past 9/13, IMAP downloading everything

POP3 not downloading past 9/13, IMAP downloading everything

Our POP3 download downloaded all email up to 9/13 1337.  Re-creating email account in outlook doesn't help - downloads up to 9/13 1337.  Adding POP3 account to iPad downloads starting at 9/13 1337 and goes backward.

There are over 3 days of recent emails on the server, and using an IMAP account, we do get the most recent emails.

We can't want to use IMAP because Outlook's junk mail filtering doesn't work on that type of account, which is desperately needed as this account gets over 400 SPAM emails a day.

I do have POP and IMAP enabled, and "Enable for All Messages" on, in ZOHO configuration.

What could I possibly have set wrong in the ZOHO?  Outlook works fine for any other email account I define in it, so it's not that (especially as I've deleted the email account and re-created it).

Been down 3 days trying to figure this out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
