POP3 Problem with connect

Hi,
I have problem with connect on POP3 in aplication Mozilla Thunderbird on ZOHO mail.
I fill all windows ( pop.zoho.com, Port: 995, SSL, smtp.zoho.com, Port: 465, SSL ) Password and user name, but a I have problem with password.  I change password but it did not help. I read on Help ZOHO, about Federated Sign In user.... what it is ?
