New to Zoho and have looked but can's see a solution, so apologies if this has already been covered.

I have created some custom fields in address part. I have created a "company" and now am adding some contacts to that company. When I add the contact it adds the company name to the contact but not the address and some of the static data ( company phone and fax ) - I have looked at the field maps and that seems correct.

Is this the wrong way to add more contacts ( employee's ) from the same company ?
